Joe Diving Center is built on passion, experience, and local roots. Founded by Ervanto and Endo, two native Lembeh Island divers, our dive center is a celebration of everything that makes diving Lembeh special. With decades of combined experience, including years working on liveaboards and guiding guests through the diverse dive sites of Lembeh Strait, our team brings unmatched knowledge to every dive.

Ervanto has spent many years working in the diving liveaboard industry as a captain, but his heart has always been in Lembeh. His love for sharing the ocean’s weirdest and most wonderful creatures is matched only by his dedication to safety and service. Endo, our resident dive guide, has over 10 years of experience leading dives in Lembeh Strait. He knows every inch of the seafloor – and where to find that rare critter you’ve been dreaming about.
